Woke up with stage 1 TMD

Jaw on right side is clicking, spoke for years to my dentist to get something done about the dental arch misalignment and they constantly told me nothing was wrong and wouldnt help me.

Now after years of night time teeth clenching I am at stage 1 (painless but constant clicking when I chew) TMD and I will now require fucking surgery to fix this before it gets worse.

The delicate balance between stress management and happiness has been broken and I just want you to know that if 'experts' will continue to not help me and this disease gets worse I will be promptly committing suicide. I am not going to go through life being told nothing is wrong and then as predicted something goes wrong.

I don't need the retardation of people making my life worse. Its as if people want me to suffer for some reason. I don't get it.

I hav click for years but it only hurts if I move.my jaw sideways too much or clench without wearing the protection for teeth. Idk I got used idc to fix it
