If, according to Wolff's law, we assume a situation where one person lives their entire life in a very cold environment (permanent winter, -35°C, perpetual snow, almost no heat) and another person lives their entire life in a very hot climate (summer, heat, palm trees, desert, almost no cold), then which of them will have more bone mass? Who will be more physically developed? Who will have a stronger skeleton and more muscle mass? Which of them will the girl choose?

Why would temperature affect bone mass

Climate literally doesn't matter. all that matters is lifestyle and genetics

Let's say if you live in a cold climate, your body is not stupid and will make your bones thicker to better tolerate the cold temperature (theory). The same thing works with hot climates. When you live in a very hot climate, your body reduces the thickness of your bone mass to better tolerate the cold?

Opposite, more gracile bodies tolerate heat better and improves mobility. Generally people from colder areas (such as the saami and siberians) have softer features and more macroskelic bodies. It would also affect fat pads in a negative way, as the face would require more heat protection.
