Why doesn't bonesmashing work through wollfs law? If u think about its pretty logical, consistent stress and bone adapts becoming denser and harder. But yet everyone says it's cope and doesn't work, what's the difference between running everyday which is also bad stress, and just hitting your bone. Because running apparently does give denser leg bones but bonesmashing no?

Because Wolff's law actually dictates that bones adapts to consistent pressure (for exemple lifting weights : squats would make your femurs more dense). Bonesmashing doesn't apply pressure at all, you're just hitting one part of your face which either gives bone damage or/and swelling. What are the risks? Nerve damage is almost 0, and nothing permanent. Only pain and bruises but that heals in less than a week
ROI is garbage, there was a post on org guy claiming documenting wolf's law etc, barely any difference, shit roi, maybe good ROI if it works but fuck that shit man

Proper tongue posture isn't really cope, if you were mouth breather your whole life holding right posture will help you , but not going to give u some magical forward growth

Because Wolff's law actually dictates that bones adapts to consistent pressure (for exemple lifting weights : squats would make your femurs more dense). Bonesmashing doesn't apply pressure at all, you're just hitting one part of your face which either gives bone damage or/and swelling. Wolff's law doesn't actually dictates you'll grow more bone projection or be taller if you apply this pressure, so even if it applies to bonesmashing it wouldn't do shit at all. Also more density=/more projection. Also I should note Wolff's law is quite dated in the scientific realm. Give solution OP

because bonesmashing involves the theoretical better bone mass which just isn’t true, it’ll only be more brittle or the exact same

wolf’s law also involves functional loading while bone smashing is just blunt force trauma, micro fractures don’t cause increased bone deposition and bones are functionally different
