This isn't botched. Botched is when a surgery goes wrong. The surgeon just lifted lips that in no way needed any lifting and were already more than full. What on earth did she expect them to look like after a lift. I don't think there could've been any other outcome. A better surgeon should've just turned her away but this isn't a botched operation.

by lifting her upper lift, she cant close the lower anymore

So i think she had lip incompetance

Which mean that she need more effort to close lips > mentalis strain
