Only if they have completely brown eyes naturally. For example If I had naturally dark green eyes I wouldn’t wear light blue lenses.

He looks odd to most people in the second picture-it appears quite unnatural.

Light-colored eyes offer little to no evolutionary advantage and in fact, everyone has them beneath their layer of melanin.
I used to believe eye color was significant, but after reading various studies and experimenting with different contact lenses, I’m almost certain its impact is negligible.

For some, lighter eyes may create a more unique or exotic appearance, as seen in the example provided, but this is more of an exception than the rule.
It won’t drastically increase your attractiveness.
People are good looking independently of their eye-colour not because of it.
