A lot of women complain about men and almost all men they had relationships with where narcs.

They also complain about how bad the dating market is and every man has issues.

The thing is, almost none of them recognise their own issues and since they get all the attention despite their shortcomings, they probably just assume that they are perfect. They think they can’t be the problem, it’s always outside.

Narcs don't think they're perfect. It is infact the opposite, that grandiosity and that showing off is just a projection. What i experience is that im trying to fit in as much as possible and give in to everyone's will just to make sure that im good enough for them. I am a mix of grandiose and covert narcissism, as much as it sounds weird its a spectrum and that means anything is possible. Of course there are those you describe too but they usually end up leaning more towards psycho/sociopathy than narcissism, or malignant narcissism.
