Everything starts with science fiction and then becomes science fact.

We can already clone a human from DNA, as well as modify DNA, so a planet full of only women managed by a super intelligent Ai is something we have the opportunity to do. Exponentially repeating that pattern throughout the universe is only an issue of waging war on competing aliens.

It may pose an ethical road block.
