You're right. Most entry level job goes to women. My company put out a position in London and got 300+ applications in a week. I thought they got some good candidates - the probably did. But they decided to go for a ditzy bimbo HTB grad with zero experience.

One thing that's still true in the workplace though is men usually ascend over women. Once managers clock on women bring less value to work then men, it's usually men who get promotions and do majority of the work.

nah where I work women are fast tracked into management also, it's so fucking brutal being a man nowadays. we shouldn't even have to work with women in the workplace at all and now we have to work for them as our bosses, making the wagecelling 10x worse of a humiliation ritual than it already is

I work in government and it's 90% middle aged females everywhere

yeah legit, I work in private stem and it's almost like this at the company I'm in also, women are actually dominantly in STEM now also (I think in college it's majority women even in STEM now)
Government is worse for this now, it seems almost impossible to get hired in the government in areas I work in unless you're a woman or a fag
