I tend to look at everyone I pass by closely on the street, just to see who they are, see if there's eye contact. Make a nice gesture/greeting while you pass by, etc. Guys tend to look back at me and give me a smile back, nod, etc.

Women? They either don't make eye-contact, or they do and immediately look away. The average woman has 0 manners and treats average men like filth.
