I agree. Altough after realizing how parents mistreat their own children who aren’t successful, i doubt love is a real thing even among family members. You will see how your parents truly feel about you when you become an adult and don’t have the success they wanted you to have, then you will see if they actually loved you unconditionally or not.

You love your parents as long as they take care of you, but ask someone who‘s been abandoned by their parents and grew up as an orphan if they love their parents, they for sure don‘t.
