we know from science that the whole love neurotransmitter love cocktail goes down the drain after 4 -5 years in a womans brain
thats exactly the point where women start to fuck their bf/husbands less frequently (mostly out of duty)
its unnatural for women to be faithful to one partner for her life.
why?
i see it that way. in the early days humans moved around in small groups, packs with no personal possesions.
women fucking different guys had several benefits:
1. better mood in the group (no arguing between chads over women since everyone fucks her)
2. offspring diversification: we know it from stocks and investments. its better to have children from different fathers for the woman. just imagine one chad has some genetical defect which increases the likelyhood of dying of an heartattache early. now if you only children from that guy you are fucked with ill children only but if you also have children from another chad you still have some healthy offsprings
and this is deep in their dna. eg its normal for female monkeys to fuck different male monkeys of the group at the same time - why? it protects her children from getting killed by the male monkeys bc none of them can be sure its not their own offspring
marriage and monogamy was only invented (and enforced by religion) when people stopped being hunters and started being farmers. now people suddely had possesions which they wanted to inherit their offsprings and their offsprings only - since no fathership tests were available at that time only enforced monogamy made that sure.
women became oconomical dependent from their husbands.
marriage until the late 19th century was never based on love. it always was based on oconomical reasons. a contract between two people (or rather two families) to gain ressources together. there was never a biological force (like lust or love) behind marriage.
