if you do buccal fat removal you risk looking like a deflated balloon because you need the correct bone structure, even then jordan barrett whos chad shouldve done aqualyx because he looks very uncanny to normies (in good lighting)

nah i only read BOTB and got most of my info from my own research for the most part

skin adapts short-term, but the real issue isn't laxity its accelerating age-related volume loss, u will be mogging young and have to LDAR when u get old
