Ur forehead is big and you have a short narrow lower third so you look very top heavy. But your face is extremely angular. And that combines to make u look very unapproachable and quite intimidating

The key is to be goodlooking and appear normal. I don't know how to describe it, just act normal. Act approachable (for example, say you're at the park on a bench. Keep looking around, making eye contact. People will be far more likely to approach you if they know that you aren't busy).
