Actually no they don’t. They have to filter through swarms of men and if they make the wrong choice having a kid with him, they’re fucked forever.

They also have to make a good choice and filter properly before they hit age 25 or they’re fucked. In western society, no one vets for women anymore so they’re filtering for decent men on hard mode.

Not to mention they have society telling them to make the wrong mating choices constantly, pushing them to be promiscuous and exercise their free will/autonomy.

If anything, men have it easier because there is way less accountability for our actions since we’re more expendable creatures. If one man fucks up, there’s billions more to replace him.
