I have now spoken to alot of women in their 30s and they would tell me how much they would use google ai or chatgpt for advice and it would always have a perfect answer for them.

Till i told them that the ai is just telling you what you want to hear, and if you wanted any medical advice, ask him for his sources. And as I told them, the ai gets the information out of his ass.
