Women look better than men ( on average in 2020 ) mainly due to the fact men's test levels are dropping like crazy causing poor bone structure

Also since most Americans are obese or overweight, women have a huge advantage of storing less bodyfat on face allowing their bone structure to be more visible than a man's, even at higher bodyfat %'s

If you went back to the 1920's and compared men and women without makeup on, I guarantee you would be singing a different tune
