my tricepe pushown is 105 for 9-10 reps
i bench 175
i sqaut 250 or maybe more i havent max sqautted in a while
myshoulder press is 100 for 8 reps
my pec dec max is 170-175
all i need to work on is forearms cuz i dont work on him
my lat pulldown is 140 for 12 reps and 180 max
i can do 95 lbs one armed latpull down
