There’s nothing wrong with bulking. Lean or bulked. It doesn’t matter as long as you’re not fat and have some muscle.

What you don't tend to see is women with autistic bodybuilder, "aesthetic bro" types.

But still, it's better to be a bit tone ... Between 12 & 15% bodyfat is perfect.

But being a "mass monster" is a mental illness, through & through, & 99% of women don't like it.

As a leanmaxxer, I concur. Different women have different body preferences in physique. The only universal rule is don't be a fatfuck (even then there might be some exceptions)

Well he's pretty decent facially


If I was this fat I would go straight back to being subhuman so he has way better bones than most

He's also not really fat he's built like a tank and has enough muscle to look aesthetic despite having high bodyfat


So yeah if you have good bones (you don't you're cooked) you can afford to bulk
