Women should not have to work as hard as men do
Or as much. We should only have to work half as much if at all. How is it fair that we have to work as long as individuals who are full of testosterone and stamina? Certain points of our cycle requires us to get more rest and take it easy. We are not made for the 8-5/ five days a week schedule...

Or as much.
We should only have to work half as much if at all. How is it fair that we have to work as long as individuals who are full of testosterone and stamina? Certain points of our cycle requires us to get more rest and take it easy. We are not made for the 8-5/ five days a week schedule that is being forced on us. I’m talking about biological women.
The “get up and go” lifestyle that is normalized in America is not good for our bodies.
And don’t get me started on the pregnant women and mothers. My poor coworker waddles in here everyday tired and out of breath. The men could care less.
Typing this as I suffer from cramps and extreme fatigue. I’m fed up!
Waiting for the day my husband gives me the green light to go part time or stop for awhile. My break is needed and thankfully, he agrees.
Side note: I am grateful for my position and lifestyle, just fed up with the work load. Whoever greenlit this for us oughta be ashamed!
That is all.
