One thing a girlfriend is good for is teaching you how to be more NT. Girlfriends will make you party with or have coffee with their friends. They will make you hang out with their family and parents frequently and they will want to go out and do things, frequently. You'll spend time with her alone and will be forced to make small talk and talk about boring women shit until it becomes second nature and you can effortlessly carry conversations about nothing.

This is why having numerous relationships is crucial to your development as a man. If you are a KHHV you need to acquire practice girlfriends or SEAmaxx and gain some experience with LTRing whores.

You talk about everything until you find something both like to talk about but until them you just ask them questions about themselvesor things they like.
Oh you like riding horses? I've heard that's quite dangerous aren't you afraid to get hurt? Do you have your own horses? Would you like to live in the country and have house with a stable etc etc.

Yeah just experience. Keep asking questions, if someone is giving you attitude then don't engage with it, stay away from topics like gaming or other nerd shit unless she starts talking about it. Keep the topics positive when it comes to yourself, if she wants to talk about her depressions and shit then let her and just say things like "Oh yeah that must have been very difficult for you" "You are very strong for having survived that" (JFL).
