I’ve seen this especially on TikTok. Bitches will say they’ve been looksmaxxing way longer than men and point to makeup. Obviously there are women with intense BDD who get copious amounts of surgeries and obviously I don’t know if males or females are the original looksmaxxers, but jfl using makeup as justification is so comical seeing as it’s a paint you put on your face and wash off every day to look different. On and off just like that. Nowhere near the levels of autism or obsession that looksmaxxers tend to have. And then they’ll say “you need good features for makeup to look good” like??? The entire point of it is to change the outsider’s perception of your features, there’s no limit to how far you can go, an ltb can fraud to htb with makeup it’s really not impressive. Then again I saw a comment there with 10k+ likes that used sublimals as justification for women being “farther down the rabbit hole” than most looksmaxxers so I guess it’s not that surprising.
