I had the same problems during highschool GCSEs yeah

Everytime in class even if my make conscious effort to pay attention literally one minute later I am thinking of some whole fantasy scenario in my head

Anyways I had an arguement with my mom and then skipped all HS classes after that. Did GCSE practice papers like 2 weeks before and ended up scoring decent marks enough for pathway to med school

That's probably what you gotta do tbh, just do practice questions instead of bothering with reading notes or learning from classes
