there isn't actually much difference between male and female pelvic dimensions, there is 30-50% overlap.

meaning every other 50th percentile dude has hips as wide as that of a woman.

iliac crest width has 50-60% overlap.

pelvic outlet is 20-30%

pelvic inlet is 30-40%

I've seen plenty of barrel shaped women, 0 hips which makes it blend into their waist and ribcage

Also have seen men with a narrow ribcage, they usually have narrow shoulders too
