Names can evoke certain personality traits, IMO. I'm not sure how accurate this is, but have you ever noticed that some people with certain names act a certain way?
This is my experience: (this might be a generational gap since these are names are most popular with my time frame)
Courtney : She's usually very athletic . She likes to chat and gossip with the gals and she will make you feel like you owe her something .
Kayley: Kayley is bright, bubbly, and so upbeat it will make you tired just being around a Kayley.
Heather: They are real sex pots.
Christine: A perfectionist. Everything has to be perfect when you're with a Christine
Ashley: This over used (used- to- be boys name ) for a girl implies this girl will do anything for you and some times she is a bit of a conformist
Michelle: A mean mealy spoiled wretch of a woman. Michelles are mean.
Jessica: Jessica always makes the honor role in school. Jessica keeps a schedule of everything including when she will go to the bathroom
Stephanie: Girls named Stephanie are competitive and a bit of a tart. Kind of like Heathers only not as loose.
Megan: A girl named Megan is always steady, comfortable, and reliable, like an old couch.
