Wondering what I should change to fix my acne.

i have this acne black head deal on my face or inflamed i dont know exactly, some days it looks better some days then others, I want to get rid of it and have better skin, I have been using a carave salicylic acid cleaner on my face aswell as cold water on towel to exfoliate, wondering tips on what I should change in my routine and some good sunscreen that doesent look greasy nothing tinted,
