Wondering what % of azelic acid i should get

For context, ive never used it before, and pretty much just wash my face, lotion, under eye serum, acne products when needed. thanks for the help

its not terrible. id use it to get rid of under eye discoloration, light rosatia, and discoloring around my face. if i plan to use it under my eyes, should i stop using my ordinary under eye serum and only use the azelic acid or should i use both?

idfk im not a dermatologist nor can i see u and diagnose you , i take care of my own skin because i can see my own skin and know what im doing
