Wont Fucking Grow

alr im 15, 173cm
last year June 2023 i was 168cm
november 2023 i was 171,5cm, 3,5 cm in 5 months not bad but since then i've only gained fucking 1,5 cm
why wont i just fucking grow, its been 7 months an i've grown 1,5cm that just cant be fucking real
i eat good and i do sports i know my sleep isnt good but i still fall asleep before 00:00
usually 22:30-23:30 (or 10:30 PM - 11:30 Pm )
Drugs are difficult for me, for one i dont know which one since there is no clear answer on this site and also im too broke and too stupid to get my hands on them.
What can i do, i need help quick
dont know how much time i have left for growing
