Avoid living in the chicago area/midwest in general. The whites out here have stronger bones compared to whites on the east coast and the south.

I grew up in midwest. I can also confirm. The reason is that in the Midwest a lot of the immigrants to the area were from Scandanavia. Like Minnesota Vikings football team, etc. The East Coast was mainly British, Italian whites. The Midwest ones are the nordics.
