Braces for 5 years, which includes headgear at night and rubber bands to fix my severe overbite. I also got a palate expander, and fixed my gingivitis. Completely changed the way I take care of/style my hair, worked on my skin, and started working out and doing sports. I also worked on controlling my facial expressions and fixed my posture because it was really bad just to make sure I continue to develop properly.

Puberty definitely helped, but puberty wasn’t going to naturally whiten my teeth. (Laser teeth whitening)

My teeth used to be horrible. I would cover my face when I smiled. My gum had grown over my two right top teeth, and my teeth looked yellow and dirty. I did everything I could to change my oral hygiene and the way my teeth looked

Now people at school literally ask me if I use 20 whitening strips a day jfl

To sum it up: orthodontic work (a lot), fixing my hair and skin, correcting posture and chewing, obsessing over better hygiene, and staying in shape to properly develop

I literally fought my orthodontist for years wearing them until i realized they were super important. And the palate expander was for a year.

The elastic band pulled your upper front teeth backwards making lips area less protrusive and your chin looks more projected in the end?

Yea it’s literally the left and right teeth of the two front teeth attached to the molars with tight rubber bands to try and pull the mandible forward
