But I'm trapped there because I need the money and since I have ADD I lost a career I liked and I always did poorly in school, so i dropped out of college because I couldn't succeed with undiagnosed (at the time) ADD.

It's legit death fuel to be in a job you hate and have to do it 5 or 6 days a week.

I don't see how slavery existed in the south unless it wasn't as bad as people think. I'm imagining being a slave and having to do my job for free. I would rather die than have to do that job for free 8-12 hours a day, 6 days a week.

About a month ago I was demoted at work, it wasn’t my fault but either way I went from a genuinely enjoyable role to a physically and mentally stressful one, also missing out on about $5k-$10k more per year now. I could look into something else but now is a terrible time to be switching jobs. Just fuck this shit.
