Roids in long term are harmful

I thought he meant working not working out. I don't disagree
He's talking nonsense

Working out = being healthy, this is why Chuando Tan looks good in his 50s

Roids are pointless if you get a water filter to filter out the xenoestrogens and eat raw meat and drink blood

Better live 85 years as a lion than 100 as a sheep

I think I agree with you. I don't think people in the past would dedicate a certain time of their day for exercising like the soy normies of this generation who have it all written down on their calendars and have alarms about when to work out in order to stay healthy.

Our ancestors would simply eat healthy and perform the normal tasks of their daily life, which included a good deal of manual labor, this is how they most likely stayed in shape. And they used to fast occasionally. High intensity work outs never sounded natural to me. There's people eating only meat (or mainly lots of meat) in their diet and have muscle built naturally. They are also in shape and they have no diseases.

What manual labour

And they didn't have any diseases because they're all man-made

Agreed if it's weighted training. Disagree if it's resistance/calisthenics/hanging exercise.

OP is a chubby Brit who unironically talks about eating raw meat. But this post is legitimate to some extent.

Jfl wtf why does everyone assume I'm overweight? I'm literally low bf and muscley.

"unironically talks about eating raw meat :soy:"

There are millions of animals on this planet and every single one of them eats raw meat. There are human babies who have grown up eating raw meat and humans who have eaten raw meat for years and nothing bad has happened to them.
