Working out and it’s downsides in puberty

Is it true that in development in other words puberty, working out can be bad since testosterone is needed for protein synthesis and along with the stress working out causes it can affect negatively ur development as a growing kid in puberty, I have not found any science backing it up so that’s why im asking people on this site what do they think,know about this subject.

Testosterone does not get used up in protein synthesis like protein does. Testosterone just stimulates it. Downsides of working out during puberty are small but also unlikely if you everything right. Risks can be injury, higher stress and eating too little. By eating enough, knowing what weight you can take in the gym and sleeping well, you negate all negative side effects of workout out as a teenager.

The positives out weight the negatives by far.
