Yesterday after doing abs for 15 mins my face looked insanely lean, my jaw was very visible, guess its something to do with water retention. Before going out (to a party or something) jump on the treadmill for 10 mins or do a quick 10 min ab workout, losing the water retention can make your jaw look chiseled.

I think it's more because working out slightly improves your hormonal profile.
Fat distribution is all because of hormonal profiles.

Chad has perfect hormonal balance that's what sets him apart from the rest

Working out definitely improves your hormones but that's not what i'm talking about, i'm talking about losing a little bit of water retention before you go out, resulting in a leaner looking face for the next few hours, a 10 min ab workout before heading out will not do much for your hormones tbh.

true you just have to feel "pumped"
it makes you look less tired and reduces ur eyebags by increasing your bloodflow.

it also happens if you walk for a couple of minutes.

I dont think excercising for 15 mins is gonna get rid of any significant water retention. Maybe its just increased bloodflow, pump or a placebo effect.

It's true that fat distribution is determined by hormones but in my case I would say there's other factors

No, not a pump, ik what a pump is, the ab workout was pretty intense and i was sweating like i had gone swimming, guess that resulted in less water retention.

I would do cardio every night IMO for like 30 minutes, itll make you sweat off tbhe bloat, also dont drink too much water before bed or else you will wake up with bloat etc. also dont eat 1000 cals+ in da morning, fast in the morning/drink water througout the day and eat a huge meal pre workout than post workout. goat method for reducing face bloat, also monitor sodium and get your potassium in.
