so thursday i packed a fat bowl into my pipe,smoked that shi and stayed home for like 30 mins while drinking diet soda,i then decided it was a good idea to go do some upper rn
so i get my gym shit ready and go to the corner shop to get me a white monster,it tastes amazing and i can already feel the caffeine passing through my veins indicating that im finna have a great workout.
I walk in the gym and get my headset and straps and put on a good song and my willpower couldnt stop me from dancing in the gym cuz the song was fire (thank god there was like 3mfs only)
i start with lat pulldowns and shi feels light,then i go do some incline seated press and istg the second i start my set my brain thinks im in gym simulator from roblox and i have to spam click to lift the weight up and i keep grunting,im somehow noticeably stronger.
Then i go hit some kelso shrugs,same feeling,then some cable lat raises,then hammer curls,then tricep pushdowns,then forearm extensions..
Then i hop on the treadmill and i feel like i am a supermodel on the walkway,im listening to some good ass music with a perfect walk thinking im litteraly just like jordan barret rn
alr then for the last 5 minutes i js run at 15km/h then when i leave the gym i smoke a cig and later go home to go eat some kfc
10/10,i was feeling every muscle fiber in my being.
