it debloats you like crazy, i worked out yesterday and today for the first time since years and its fucking crazy, yes its not so good for your heart, lifespan etc.
but Damn, i do not encourage harming yourself on purpose but if you wanna debloat for some event or so, just do a 30 mins high intensity workout and youre set for the day.

Btw the reason i worked out is because i had an insane motivation/urge to spend energy on doing some physical activity, idk why, maybe its because i eat even more raw fat now (70% fat 30% protein)

I do some short intervals of high intensity stuff personally, doesn't really cause much damage i think, never really get sore and such

Bro working out is good as it induces global myocardial hypertrophy meaning your heart gets bigger in it's entirety, which means more blood per minute can get pumped through your system which means better cardio. I'm guessing working out also induced angiogenesis meaning more bloodflow in your body.

Working out is healthy, as it makes your cardiovascular system more robust later in life.

isnt it bad when your hearts get bigger? atleast alot of bodybuilders die solely because of this reason alone

Anyone that has the littlest knowledge on cardiovascular science knows heart getting bigger is the last thing you want

No, the heart getting bigger in specific sections is bad like LVH, however slight myocardial hypertrophy is desired. Maybe listen to the medical advice that has been told for ages.

They die because of left ventricular hypertrophy, only a specific section of the heart, which can indeed be very dangerous. However if the entire heart gets slightly larger this is actually good for the cardiovascular system

In case of athletes, or just random people who do running for fun, they have a lower resting heart rate but is it healthier? Their hearts do seem to get a bit bigger, got any idea on this?

lower resting heart rate doesent mean healthier to me, it might be that its getting bigger and bigger, so your body has a heart time pumping up blood, take rabbits for example, they have a crazy high heart rate and their hearts are small

Probably just the heart getting bigger and stronger thus having an easier time pumping, leading to a lower resting heart rate(combined with more oxygen intake and such)

The same medical advice that has been told for ages that also say seed oils are healthy?

In normal quantities they are not an issue. Also I'm not going to argue with some all natural carnivore coper. Just eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine

Eat a balanced diet, yes, but not what the mainstream media considers balanced which has grains and plants.

Raw dairy, meat, animal products
