Rather positively.Working out is not gonna change you hormones levels negatively
Dont worry
that doesnt make sense, your body is releasing a lot of test after workout for a reason: to repair the muscles.
I see very mixed answers on this threadRather positively.
yeah thats what I was saying
Don't listen to the other guys. They are all retarded and don't know 1% about biology.I see very mixed answers on this thread
so what should I do then? keep fb 3xweek 2sets and under 10reps?Don't listen to the other guys. They are all retarded and don't know 1% about biology.
If you like full body, stick with it. I'm doing PPL right now, maybe you could look into it if you want.so what should I do then? keep fb 3xweek 2sets and under 10reps?
yes imma hop on at 16If you like full body, stick with it. I'm doing PPL right now, maybe you could look into it if you want.
It's good that you are training with intensity bro, this way you will get less fatigue between the training days etc.
Train for atleast 6 months to 1 year natty, then if you have perfect knowledge about nutrition and training, you can hop on.
No way you just called me a retard.Retard u should go to failure every single day on every exercise.
Even if u workout 6x a week
Yeah the growth is similar but going to failure isn't going to reduce test, make u too fatigued "muscle damage" nigger wtf is thatNo way you just called me a retard.
Going to failure every single day is whats gonna reduce your testosterone via overtraining.
Heres a study showing that 2-1 rir has the same growth in hypertrophy as failure. Going to failure is just creating unnecessary fatigue and muscle damage. Keep on training like a retard faggotSimilar muscle hypertrophy following eight weeks of resistance training to momentary muscular failure or with repetitions-in-reserve in resistance-trained individuals - PubMed
This study examined the influence of resistance training (RT) proximity-to-failure, determined by repetitions-in-reserve (RIR), on quadriceps hypertrophy and neuromuscular fatigue. Resistance-trained males (<i>n</i> = 12) and females (<i>n</i> = 6) completed an 8-week intervention involving two...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Yeah the growth is similar but going to failure isn't going to reduce test, make u too fatigued "muscle damage" nigger wtf is that
U should use rir if you do alot of volume which u shouldn't be doing anyways so all to failure is the way
i think if you workout for too long yeah and if youre not doing high intensity workout then yesDoes working out like weightlifting lower testosterone since you are using all of it to repair muscles?
The guy i sent one of the best "natty" (I'm not sure) bodybuilders he researches this shit just couldn't find the vid where he was talking about rir. He shouldn't be training same muscle 3x per week in the first place. Too much volumeI provide you a study and you reply with a tiktok video.
You forget to take into account training frequency. The guy is training the same muscles 3x per week. He only has 48h to recover. There is no reason to go to failure for him considering that :
1- no studies have found any statistical significant differences in hypertrophy between failure and 1rir
2- many studies have found that failure causes a lot more fatigue and muscle damage
3- he only has 48h to recover
4- overtraining and fatigue DOES lower testosterone
No if it lowers your test youre a little pussy who is afraid of going to failureDoes working out like weightlifting lower testosterone since you are using all of it to repair muscles?
Im too lazy to continue this debate,The guy i sent one of the best "natty" (I'm not sure) bodybuilders he researches this shit just couldn't find the vid where he was talking about rir. He shouldn't be training same muscle 3x per week in the first place. Too much volume
1. I legit said agreed to that
2. Send the studies for those? Obviously if u go to failure you'll have more fatigue then not going to failure but that fatigue isn't going to make u unable to recover. And tf u keep saying muscle damage
3. Like I said shouldn't be training one muscle that frequently
4. Going that one extra rep isn't going to lower ur test lmao
Nigga the link u sent is for over training going to failure isn't overtrianing u telling this nigger to train the same muscle 3x per week is overtraining
bro every fucking answer people give contradict eachother holy fuckNo if it lowers your test youre a little pussy who is afraid of going to failure
if you get used to it it wont stress you and therefore not increase your cortisol
I know but Ive been working out for almost two years and never noticed any stress increasebro every fucking answer people give contradict eachother holy fuck
Reward biggest retard on the forum goes to youDoes working out like weightlifting lower testosterone since you are using all of it to repair muscles?
