that doesnt make sense, your body is releasing a lot of test after workout for a reason: to repair the muscles.

If you like full body, stick with it. I'm doing PPL right now, maybe you could look into it if you want.

It's good that you are training with intensity bro, this way you will get less fatigue between the training days etc.

Train for atleast 6 months to 1 year natty, then if you have perfect knowledge about nutrition and training, you can hop on.

Heres a study showing that 2-1 rir has the same growth in hypertrophy as failure. Going to failure is just creating unnecessary fatigue and muscle damage. Keep on training like a retard faggot

You forget to take into account training frequency. The guy is training the same muscles 3x per week. He only has 48h to recover. There is no reason to go to failure for him considering that :
1- no studies have found any statistical significant differences in hypertrophy between failure and 1rir
2- many studies have found that failure causes a lot more fatigue and muscle damage
3- he only has 48h to recover
4- overtraining and fatigue DOES lower testosterone

Being in extreme and prolonged energy deficit whilst also performing hard training and being in a catabolic state for too long with insufficient recovery will, just fuel your body enough and testosterone won't be affected

It reduces testosterone if you do too much junk volume due to cortisol levels increasing. So yes, it will reduce testosterone as the vast majority of people have no clue on how to manage fatigue.
