going to the gym makes you manlet and lowers testosterone

i started going to gym with 1200 test level then got my blood checked few months later and it went down to 900 and felt like shit

Anyways, weighlifting increases testosterone a bit for an hour, then retiran yo baseline, cardio when its done with proper intensity gives higher testosterone that weighlifting, but It lowers than baseline a few hours later.
Excercise also increases cortisol and that Will decrease your testosterone.
If you go yo the gym dont expect More testosterone but More confidence and better body composición.
