Should I bother rn? I have an MRI a week from now that should help understand more and maybe give me a diagnosis. Idk how it could be degenerative rather than autoimmune, I have psoriasis and classic psoriatic arthritis symptoms, I'm also positive for rheumatoid factor and my ANA came back so high they couldn't measure it properly. Whatever it is, ive had it since 16 at least. Only truly degenerative cause I can think of is if one leg was longer than the other.
El docto suggested physical therapy, where the therapist said my left side was significantly weaker than my right, gave me some exercises to do, and I asked if it was safe considering im not being treated for whatever is causing it all yet. He said yeah, best thing u can do for urself is to work out, just do what you can and stop if it gets worse. Well, it got unbearable to walk, so I stopped. But all the info I see from others says u shouldn't mess with working out before meds, and to be patient, because it damages u pre med. It makes sense, given the active inflammation caused by working out. I trust myself to DIY med but im quite broke right now, and only a week away from MRI, so no point in stressing on it.
What do you guys think? Am i being a tard? Anyone who's been through a similar situation, I'd love to hear from you.
