Would it be possble to heal a tear faster by trying to induce a hypertrophy stimulus(for exemple small bicep tear)a bit of high volume(not extreme), but super small weights and doing curls with a short range of motion, more isiometric than eccentric movements, if it hurts stop(and when u get soreness take rest days)?+trying to increase range of motion daily by moving ur injured arm in every positions without pain!Do u think it would be possible or u can end up doing more damage?

Yes one thing I do for my knees if I start getting tendinitis is get some bands and put them on the leg press and pump out 30 reps for 3 sets and get many knees and around my knees full of blood. Leg press is ass but for this it serves a good purpose. after doing it for 2 or 3 times in a week within a few days the tendinitis is gone. However you need to be careful with what you do because you also do want to irritate it and make the process longer.

It's a good tehnique for tendinitis, there was a guy on ytb who advised to do many sets low reps chin ups for tennis/golfer's elbow to iritate the tissue in order to force the body to heal it!But I was talking abt grade 1 muscle tears/strains, which are different and I was wondering if a similar method would work in order to get soreness, rest the days after and then be healed faster!

I’d man that’s about all I can say for it maybe do some extremely light weight and just get some blood pumped in there. Don’t end up hurting it and and making the situation worse.

Blood has the nutrients to heal injuries, but I assume this process needs to be done with 0 pain to work!
