Can anyone give me good lists of exercises to do at home, I have dumbbells and a bench but not bar for it, right now I’m super skinny and need help getting a good physics, I want to focus on getting a v taper, does anyone know what exercises I should do

Do bench, do some curls and if have street workout near you do some pullups and dips there and should be enough mark as a solution

spam side delts, lateral raises until failure for 2 sets, they can take hella load so just do them ever 2-3 days, just focus on ur shoulders, if u have a pull up bar also train back a lot, weighted pull-ups are goated
 
Push ups, pull ups, squats, lateral dumbbell raises, hammer curls

Alralr I will, I have been doing some at home workouts but not sure I have found a good one for my goal yet

best thing to do, save up, your parents probably give you some money once in a while, get 1 month membership and just do ppl (push pull legs), 10x better results than training at home

Is the bench able to incline or is it just flat?

Then you can pretty much train anything, you can do dumbbell bench press, incline dumbbell press, dumbbell chest flies, rows, shoulder press, preacher curl, skull crushers, and heaps more I can’t think of off the top of my head. lmk if you want me to explain what each of them trains if you don’t know and for form just search them up on TikTok.
