I do martial arts, and my heart rate during training can reach 150-170. My training lasts from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
I want to go to bed at 9 PM. Will training negatively impact my sleep?

if you are active during the day you can fall asleep faster
 
I think waiting 30 minutes to an hour is fine and it also depends on how intense your training is

yes bc your heart rate and adrenaline are still high. you might struggle to fall asleep or sleep lightly. Doing a good cooldown, stretching, and a warm shower can help, but starting training earlier is better for sleep.
