So my current workout program is this.
I have a few questions :
I’ve been going gym for like a month but didn’t get legs and was just focusing on upper body but I think I should start hitting legs now, what would be a good leg workout?
Should I hit abs more than once?

Wbt my upper chest
Go to TikTok. Sbl upper chest
In summary, the movement is almost the same as a front raise, u can create a setup to maximize activation. I cant say much as I only do front raises for him. Starting at 20~°
Incline and flat bench press on smith machine and butterflies. Trust me boyo :feelsyay:
2 pushing exercises? Redundancy. He shouldn't do it.
And butterflies is the same movement as the fly

What should I do for legs tho
A squat movement. A knee extension movement, and a knee flexion movement
yeah u can try to work the abductors and such. But ure simple to recognize the machines for them
And an exercise for the calves, any one that isnt seated preferably
And dont repeat two exercises...

Take out the incline press. You already have shoulder presses.
And remove the hammer curls if theyre for the forearms. Add reverse curls.

And dont repeat two exercises with the same movement. This is redundant, u rarely need to use it.

you should definitely hit abs more than once, and why do you only have 1,5 bicep exercises?
Why would he have more than 2 biceps exercises? He only does one movement. And its a "small" muscle and prone to fatigue.
Btw. There r people who count half a set of pull exercises cuz of the biceps work lol
And abs are simple to work. Just one movement

No but like I’m talking about the frequency, how often a week should I hit them?

Each muscle should be stimulated at least twice a week. 3 times for the muscles u want more stimulation.
Less than 2 times is not enough, more than 3 times may be excessive.
But I prefer to change the order of the exercises rather than the frequency. ALWAYS make the first exercises the muscles u want to focus on, so they get the best stimulation !
The rest is ur choice

Everyone says you don’t need more than preacher and hammer curls
the bicep consist of three different parts and ideally, you’d wanna hit them all in a pull day.

if you feel like you have more to give after doing your preacher curls, its a sign you are missing out on gains.

Yes, How many movements u think ur core makes?he said abs, and I also think he wouldnt want to train the obliques. Which are even used in "ab" exercises.
But if he wants. There would only be 2 exercises

You only need one Bicep movement you're not going to be able to bias the individual heads and any more will be redundant same with abs just do machine crunches, also you can hit a muscle as often as you like as long as you are resting 48 hours in between although twice a week is the minimum, peep Jacob Ostreicher on tt for routine structuring
