Wednesday (Upper):

3x OHP
3x Incline DB Bench Press
3x Chest Fly
3x Pull Up
3x Machine Row
3x Bicep Curl
3x Tricep Pushdown

Friday (Lower):

3x Squat
3x Romanian Deadlift
3x Leg Press
3x Leg Curl
3x Leg extension
3x Leg Raises
3x Calf raises

Sunday (Upper):

3x DB Bench Press
3x Chest Dip
3x Chin Up
3x Barbell Row
3x Laterial Raise
3x Bicep Curl
3x Tricep extension
 
Dont overthink it faggot just work your muscles until you cant work them anymore
