Anyone got got any good workout plans that are like 4-5 times a week. I feel that the one I have isn't showing me much progress
 
Try a month of u/l and then a month of custom ppl and choose which one you feel better

I do U/L 4 times a week I also put bar calisthenics into upper body workout and running/cycling into lower body workouts, I also do light stretches. I have 3 years experience and this is the best thing i came up with so far
