just go for runs

Watch videos on how to punch/kick correctly. Find a punching bag ideally to practice your form on and when you got that down try to somehow kick/punch against greater resistance, just like upping the weight in the gym.

That's a simple beginner plan you can work off.

For working out. Simply use the Push/Pull/Legs split. Use the basic machines 3 sets of 10 reps. Do a little research on what targets each muscle. Make sure to train shoulders and lats a little more than the rest of your body for the ideal aesthetic proportions.

Hope this helps, this was a very surface level guide. PM me if you need anymore advice.

Getting coached is always the better option when learning martial arts, but if that’s not possible, self-learning can still be effective if you’re disciplined. A good place to start is by watching fighters like Michael Jai White — not just for techniques, but for their mindset and overall ideology. Focus on understanding the principles behind movements, not just copying them. Stick to the basics and get really good at shadowboxing, since that’s the closest you’ll get to live training when you’re on your own. Cardio is extremely important, so don’t skip it — being in shape often matters more than flashy moves. Also, make sure you’re eating clean to fuel your training. Physically, you should be training your abs, forearms, and neck every 2–3 days, as these areas are essential for stability, power, and injury prevention. Keep learning, stay consistent, and build a strong foundation. dm me if u have any more question in the future fighting is like the only thing im good at jfl also try to understand where ur mom is coming from so u can convise her other wise :p
