I’m trying to spike my t a lot and gain weight for growth during puberty, what workouts should I be doing for that specifically

My neighbor gave me a bunch of equipment recently so I have access to kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and a bench

This is what I’m doing currently about 3-4 times a week

tbh, i'd say do TRT with an aromatase inhibitor if high T is your goal, otherwise just do your workouts boyo✌️

When I said workouts I was talking about exercises in the gym not cardio. Humble yourself little bro you have 14 posts and are gray as fuck lol
