every day , start preparing to sleep as soon as intuition says ur tired . doing this will cause u to sleep as soon as ur able. if ur able to sleep at 6 PM then sleep at 6 PM. if u cant, then wait until ur tired. eventually, a delayed sleep schedule will be fixed. staying up when sleepy is self harm and theres nothing to gain from it. dont set an alarm , just get up when u wake up and dont feel like going back to sleep.
TLDR: sleep as early as possible and as much as possible
a very important note is never have lights on inside if the sun is not up outside. also light in the morning will accelerate a switch to an earlier, natural schedule. (night owls dont exist except out of habit, its a psyop)
another note is that polyphasic sleep can be natural, although i believe it to be conditional. if wake up and u cant sleep then get up and do something that doesnt require bright lights and then go back to sleep as soon as u feel able.
following this guide and eating ideal diet (raw human milk and raw blood) would prevent ageing
