Im on 30mg adderall xr ed and sertraline. For about a year now ive noticed that i dont get erections during the day anymore and when i had a gf I would struggle to get hard and stay hard during any sexual interaction we had. I watch porn like once or twice w eek so maybe thats the cause? Its lowkey stressing me out so i need help. yes i know this is sad as fuck

It depends on how long you've been using Adderall. If it's been a short time, try stopping and see if there are any changes, so you can save yourself a visit.

That could be the sertraline. Erectile dysfunction is common in SSRI use

Taper it off and switch to fluvoxamine, it's way better and has a lot of benefits! In the end if u still have erection problems microdose a pde5 inhibitor like cialis for exemple

Quitting SSRIs cold turkey will lead to some very uncomfortable symptoms, known as SSRI discontinuation syndrome

Look up the side effects of stopping an SSRI cold turkey. Talk to your psych, idk at least send them a message or something, and ask how to gradually discontinue your antidepressant

im telling u now from experience adderall is fucking ur libido and sexual function. if you absolutely need it then lower the dose but if you think youll be fine try hopping off for a bit and only taking it when needed
