What is more important to get surgery for? A large nose both in width and how much it sticks out or a recessed jaw?

Fixing the jaw would make the nose look less recessed side profile wise but your nose is still wide.

If you fix the nose you’re dtill recessed jaw wise but it looks less recessed because of the nose’s change.

Recessed jaw, the older you get the harder it gets to fix and for your nose you could always take achutane which also helps your acne too.

your nose will look significantly smaller if you fix your recessed jaw cmon man thats basic knowledge

without photos its hard, we don't know which is a bigger failo for you. but generally if you lack chin projection, then getting jaw surgery is very high ROI, but it takes longer and is more expensive than a rhino. I'd get the rhino first personaly
