I mean he couldnt even get much leforte 1 advancements. Like this was probably 3-4 mm upper and like 2 lower. Bluepilled movements for the base , maybe his bite became better but nothing else. He probably dont have sleep apnea because his lower jaw is kinda projected but yea for aesthetics he needed a higher leforte for it to be even worth it in that regard

Yes, but idk how people actually don't think about more advancement as for the aesthetical part, if you are doing bimax wich is a hard surgery with the recovery, why not get the aestheticsl benefit as well, right?

Yea i mean the majority of all bimaxes that is done reguraly are for sure bluepilled with many setbacks and shit. Its crazy really. Doing brutal procedure for them to move it 2 mm in some cases pr even recess more with a setback that even have higher chance of killing a person and causing sleep apnea.

Yeah this is basically what i mean, you are doing a invasive surgery, you'll want to benefit from it 100%, going trough the recovery wich puts you in rough spot mentally, financially and psychically and with alot of risks, heck it could even relapse on him and the surgery would be useless.
